Dear All Beloved Amchis ....
Greetings from myself and my family.
It gives me immense pleasure in presenting this unique gift in memory of my beloved husband Late Shri. Umesh Laxmikant Koppikar whose encouragement has been the inspiration behind my every activity.
I am venturing into this unique activity to ensure that our sweet "Amchigali" language is passed on to our generation-next.
Of course, this will not be possible without active inputs from all of you. You may send your suggestions through WhatsApp messages or email.
The words may be "Tenka' or 'Badga' which may be differentiated later. But not outside this limit, else there will be no control on compilation.
Corrections too are most welcome.
Presently for the first stage I am limiting this to Devanagari text to compile the exhaustive treasure and classify it to my best abilities. I am giving English/Marathi meaning only for very uncommon words and for words with multiple meanings to make it easy.
In the next phase we will create database of corrosponding English words or meaning and audio for pronunciation.
